Bartels
Bookkeeping
Age 44, married with three school aged children, a whole new world opened up for Leo Bartels
of Bartels Bookkeeping when he read his first accounting text school.
Leo actually enjoys working with numbers and dollar values, accounting concepts, standards and conventions; a challenge
for many.
Even Leo's greatest hobby involved
numbers and figures - Leo finds great enjoyment in collecting and analysing sporting statistics.
His first employment opportunity was provided by the Australian Bureau of Statistics
in Melbourne where Leo was gainfully employed for 13 years. Later, deciding to diversify/reinvent himself by taking
up employment within private industry.
Last
year the timing seemed right to go it alone in this casualised workforce we now live in.
Bartels Bookkeeping was born on 27/05/08- concentrating on bookkeeping for businesses, primarily in the Shepparton
district.
The main focus for Bartels Bookkeeping is
basic bookkeeping such as:
Bank reconciliations
Debtors/creditors records
General ledgers
Assistance with BAS processing.
Leo provides records in a cash book package or through
the use of computerised packages such as M.Y.O.B. and Quickbooks.
